TWO VEGAN SISTERS
The owners of Two Vegan Sistas, Bretta and Belinda King, are two biological sisters that are vegan. These 2 sistas have over 30 years in vegan cooking and living.
Bretta is a PhD chemist/nutritionist/educator and Belinda is an artist, who has recently left a career in the air force. All foods are made from scratch, using the top ingredients. Everything is 100% vegan and soy free and most of the foods are gluten free.

The Guilt Free Lifestyle™ began with Chef Brandon’s awakening 17 years ago when he went from an unhealthy 300 pounds to a healthy 175 pounds. He discovered his allergic reaction to gluten in February 2013, but was determined to find a way to still enjoy sweets. He Avocado Brownies™ — a pastry that was not only free of gluten but also grains, processed sugar, butter, and included organic and local ingredients. Chef Brandon has expanded the menu to include varieties of cookies, muffins, brownies, and custom and vegan desserts. Since August 2013, Guilt Free Pastries™ has been providing the Memphis area and beyond with a taste of the Guilt Free Lifestyle™.

Chef Production Inc. was established in 2004 before the name Chef E.N.T came about in 2008 and is dedicated to a new movement that includes culinary arts, music production, entertainment, and arts & crafts. Chef E.N.T. also creates new recipes using inspiration from live DJ music, light shows, artwork, and cooking demos.
GIRLS INC. YOUTH FARM
At the Girls Inc. Youth Farm, we give girls the tools to be strong, smart & bold by hiring them to do the meaningful work of growing food on our 9.5-acre plot in Frayser. At the farm, the girls will reap the rewards of growing healthy produce while engaging in social entrepreneurship, leadership and civic training with local leaders and through volunteer activities.

Tri-Delta Co-Op is the first co-op in the Mid-South involving black farmers and currently involves the Produce Tribe and Lockard Produce. The first CSA boxes will be available Fall 2018!

New Way Aquaponic Farms is a teaching, learning, and production farm located in Midtown Memphis. They grow via aquaponics and specialize in the farm-to-table concept.
