GOAL

Our goal is to share information on traditional Soul Foods, social and economic influencers of health, and ways to make simple, daily changes to improve eating habits. The series aims to provide participants with tools to live healthier lives no matter if they are low, middle, or high income. It also aims to instill the importance and value of Soul Foods foods both nutritionally and socially.

Memphis Health Through Heritage is research-based, Memphis-specific, and committed to improving the food environment.
